We Move Music So Music Can Move You!

There’s a unique excitement that comes along with finding your piano! However, moving them can be tricky as they are delicate instruments with many parts susceptible to breaking if not handled properly.

We have a knowledgeable, fully insured, in-house team of experts who specialize in moving pianos; some members have over 40 years of experience. Trust us to transport your beloved instrument with care.

When you call we will be asking you a few questions. Having this information ready to help make the process smooth and quick.

  • Are purchasing from a third party? do you know the condition of the piano? Always have a trusted technician screen your purchase.

  • What town is it moving from?

  • What town is it moving to?

  • Is it a grand or an upright?

  • What is the length (Grand) or height (Upright) of the piano?

  • Are there any complications? ie: Flights of stairs, tight corners/doorways, moving over grass..

  • What is the timeframe for the move? Is there a hard deadline?

“The crew of 4 showed up right on time and went right to work and within no time had the piano wrapped and loaded on the truck. Once to the new location they had it up the steps and standing upright in record time. These guys know what they are doing.”

  • FAQs

    Are your movers fully insured?

    Yes

My stairs/hallways are pretty narrow or have tight turns. Is there any way to get my piano upstairs still?

Potentially, we may have to take some measurements or see some pictures. Have a chat with us so we can gather more specifics and we will let you know.

How far out do you schedule?

Sometimes it’s a couple days, sometimes a couple weeks. It depends on the distance of the move and how busy we are at any given time.

Can you disassemble/reassemble the piano if necessary?

It is standard procedure to remove the legs and lyre of a Grand Piano during a move. This allows us to put the instrument on its side to fit it though small passageways easier.
