I want you to know how impressed I am with your careful and considerate treatment of me as a customer. After an unhappy experience at (a competitor) I was forced to conclude that despite warranties (their manufacturer) seems to disclaim responsibility for it's product and refers the customer BACK to the dealer. It was a no-win circle and a negative learning experience for me. Once again, your sales policy IS appreciated and I am WELL satisfied with the Petrof console I purchased from you.
